Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.

Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear).

Returns are eligible for store credit and refund to the original form of payment.

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, mystery bags and sale/clearance items.

If you send back a Final Sale or DOORBUSTER item it will not be returned.

Please be sure to returns shoes in a additional separate box, the shoe box needs to be used for resale and should not be damaged or have stickers on it.
